Safe stretches that you can only achieve with hands on assistance and the ability to relax while being held. Mindful natural breathing nervous system rests, slow intentional movements and held poses melts tensions ,mobility expansion and whole body softens into spacious ease. Client will feel clear grounded and energized wordless and in awe of life by being fully present in the moment . ITs like yoga but way way so much better like meditation but you are comfortable breathing out the tensions with ease.
