Manifestation Ritual: Good for New Moons

• Find quiet comfy place sit down take few deep breathes eyes closed feel the ground below you ask earth to hold you and help with ritual call in your angels or team pray for assistance from higher self or whatever you believe in

• light candle and incense or diffuse oils in air

• Spray aura and body with spiritual spray (sage is great to)

• Write on one paper what you are calling in or wanting to manifest ,create or embody

• Write on another paper what your ready or willing or need to release to allow your creation

• Have a item near by to remind you of your intention and and this meditational ritual (crystal plant jewelry whatever rock)

• burn the paper of what your releasing dispose into the earth or outside

• soak the paper you are creating in water and plant it into the earth

• burn Palo Santo around yourself to seal this ritual with unconditional love..say in mind our allowed “It is Done”

• Breathe deeply for a few minutes sit quietly and allow sensation to move through you . Hold your item and feel see intend your ritual into your hands and into the object. Gesture to yourself with a self hug a bow hands in prayer: You are Loved and You got THIS !
