Learn chants ,breath work, yoga poses, qigong movements,. Guided meditations creating themes , intentions. Work with herbs, oils, smudges, and crystals. How to support with props and create a safe grounded welcoming environment. No experience needed or build and grow upon what you already have learned refine feedback expand.

1:1 mentorship teaches you how to facility Sound Healing sessions. Learn how to use instruments herbs sacred space breathe work yoga poses, meditations, chants prayers. Hold grounded space and guide clients, connect to guides. Hands on experience support you will build the skills and practice receive knowledge wisdom and feedback. Tools for you to stay regulated as a facilitator. This is a longer training with homework and practice hours outside of class. Payment Plans are available Contact me email.
